Chris and his team at SERVPRO were great. They were on time each day and took time to explain what was being done in our mold removal process. They took care of our condo; covering areas that weren’t being used to avoid unnecessary contamination and cleaning up the areas where they were working. The team was professional and friendly and made dealing with our mold issues a little less stressful. We would definitely use them again.
Don’t use Servpro. My neighbor in Palm Coast Fl had work done by them due to a flood. They were very unprofessional. They screwed up the counter top and sink area. They too so long. It was over 4 months. They would go days without showing up. But the worst thing of all, they stole figurines and other items from the home. This home is my neighbor’s 102 year old mom’s home and they stole from her. The police were no help and they deny their SUB contractors would do something like this. They obviously don’t screen them.
