Angie was so incredibly amazing. Let me tell you that when we found our basement flooded at 11:30-12:00am at night, we panicked. I was so upset to find all of our furniture and electronics had been submerged under water! We called SERVPRO for emergency evacuation. Angie took the time to call and properly explain the process that we should immediately expect. No response to repeated requests for whole house, carpet, and HVAC cleaning
I believe his name was John, he came to our house to do half the carpet, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to be doing and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend SERVPRO for your carpet cleaning needs and I'm sure they carry that professionalism to all aspects of their business. Chayce was equally awesome, she went above and beyond to get us scheduled so we could get some carpets done before our company arrived. Thank you SERVPRO.....
My experience with serv pro was great, Josh Hampton was the guy sent to us and he did amazing, fast worker as well. He was kind and very easy to communicate with, he even went out of his way without us asking to fix our toilet, he realized there was an issue and he helped us save some money on the water bill. He went above and beyond to help me understand the whole process. Thank you so much! Highly recommend these guys to everyone.
Very kind and understanding, also easy to communicate with. If you have a mold issue I recommend these people, they are amazing and fast workers, our guy Josh Hampton even helped us with a toilet issue saved us money on the water bill we appreciate them a lot.
