I had a very disappointing experience with Servpro. At the beginning, they promised to support me and protect my interests with the insurance company, but that was not my experience at all. It felt like their main focus was getting paid by insurance rather than actually helping me. There was no clear project timeline, and communication was very poor. We had a water leak that flooded most of our main floor. ServPro came out to help with water mitigation. Alex B. was super helpful and explained the process and steps that would be taken. Would highly recommend both ServPro and Alex B.

This company is corrupt. They were rude, gave misinformation and their sub-contractors do a horrible job. They promise the moon when you first talk with the people at the office and the remediation team, but they deliver incomplete work and overcharge for their services and charge you for things you didn’t ask for. We had water damage in the Spring of 2025 and the remediation team came in and did their job. In my opinion, this company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They came very unprepared, didn’t have the tools to do the job, told me that they weren’t aware of the issue which is a lie because I gave a very detailed explanation, said if I want the job done right I could schedule another appointment??? I already paid them and they want more money to fix what they screwed up? Nope!!!!
