In my opinion, this company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They came very unprepared, didn’t have the tools to do the job, told me that they weren’t aware of the issue which is a lie because I gave a very detailed explanation, said if I want the job done right I could schedule another appointment??? I already paid them and they want more money to fix what they screwed up? Nope!!!!
SERVPRO wants to charge $250.00 for an ESTIMATE! My insurance company assures us this is UNHEARD OF! If you have any issues with mold CONTACT ANY OTHER COMPANY! This is blatant blackmail.
Came home in Seattle on a Sunday after 4 days gone to water running out our ceiling lights into our basement. I called Tessa Long who I recalled she worked with them. Within minutes I was connected to dispatch up north who assured me they would have someone there within 2 hours on a Sunday. Tessa made sure we had the water off. Alex is a great person and very knowledgeable. He was professional, responsive, and explained the process clearly. The repairs were done carefully and the area now looks as good as new. I really appreciate the attention to detail and would definitely recommend them.
