My basement flooded during the severe storms a few weeks ago and Servpro was able to be onsite removing water and getting my basement cleaned up within about 6 hours of me calling. Dave was helpful in explaining what the process was and even came out to troubleshoot a dehumidifier that had stopped running. Nick was out several times to take readings and would always communicate when he was on his way. On the morning of August 17th, we woke up to find that our basement had about an inch of water covering the entire floor that had back up through our floor drain. Because of the "unique" sewage system found in our town of having the storm drains and household sewage share the same system, this water was a mix of storm water and raw sewage. My experience with ServPro was great. They responded fast and did a great job. Dennis Jirout was my Restoration Manger and he was awesome going above and beyond to help us in during this unfortunate situation. I would highly Recommend Dennis and this Office/Location.
