If you want half assed repairs and super turtle speed of doing the job, sure then they are for you. Niece had been out of her home almost a year because of their commitment, or lack there of to do the job
RecommendedServpro is an excellent company, very professional, clean and very responsible with the work they do. I really liked the deal and the result was in the stipulated time. I recommend it 100%.
They will drag their feet and fail to start your repairs in a timely manner. They have poor communication skills and don’t respond to calls or emails in a timely manner. It’s been 5 months and we are still waiting to be able to get back into our home after a tree fell on it. They haven’t even started repairs yet! I do not recommend using this company

I had a very challenging project and nobody else could seem to address. The owner and his staff spent a lot of time listening to my needs and they came up with a very customized solution. The on-site guys were great and did a super job...even though it was a new approach for them. These guys are the best!
