Scott Baldwin was great. He showed up on time and explained everything Servpro was going to do. After properly prepping the room he jumped right into doing the demolition, Brandon Lee, the production manager for the job arrived and further explained what was being done and helped the crew as well. We had what we thought was a refrigerator issue but turned out to be a leaking refrigerator water line which had created mold. We called ServPro of El Dorado Hills, and had a very good experience with them. We had a change of teams on day two, but they did a good job as well. Arturo, the General Manager, came to pick up the equipment and we discovered a separate leak under our kitchen sink and he was kind enough to leave the equipment overnight to dry out the sink area. Lawrence and Tyrone were very polite, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Servpro again if I needed their services, and I would request Lawrence and Tyrone to come out. I highly recommend Servpro of El Dorado Hills.

Excellent service! When dealing with remediation companies, it's hard to find one that will work quickly and honestly. They are the exception. I highly recommend their services for whatever you need.

Half of our house got flooded by a laundry room incident. We contacted many mitigation companies and chose David and his team. Very professional and solid service. Clean work on time with great communication. Scott Baldwin and Sidney Randle lead the work and I didn't get a few other names of people that came through for different tasks. Very impressed overall. Solid operation. Good people.
