Half of my house flooded after an appliance repair person "repaired" my washing machine. Servpro came out immediately and made a very stressful situation SO much easier. Scott Baldwin was great. He showed up on time and explained everything Servpro was going to do. After properly prepping the room he jumped right into doing the demolition, Brandon Lee, the production manager for the job arrived and further explained what was being done and helped the crew as well.
