My basement filled with city sewage and sat there for a few days. I called Jenna H. and her team Friday evening and they were out Monday (my choice I already sat with sewage for awhile what could a weekend hurt). They kept me up to date, answered questions when I needed them, took pictures and made this poopy situation as easy as possible. Jenna was the only one of 4 mold inspectors that recommended cleaning our air ducts first and retesting. After the cleaning our air tested normal! She clearly had our best interests in mind!
We had water in our basement and they did a fantastic job with the mitigation process. It was a quick response on Saturday and they knew what they were doing. From that day they were back two or three more times to finish the work.
Jenna H and her crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up our finished basement after a disastrous water pipe leak. They were on the job just hours after we called. Techs were fantastic. They were very thorough and careful. Thank you to Jason and Danelle. My disappointment is with the call center. I had to make three calls and had to repeat information each time. I was not able to get anyone out that night. I believe that because of the delay the situation in the family room was made worse. I’m still surprised by the lack of assistance that I received that night. Servpro advertises 24 hour service.
