I am beyond disappointed with my experience with ServPro, and I feel completely taken advantage of. From the very start, the service was subpar. The team cut into my walls, and even the supervisor couldn’t explain why it was done. No one made it clear that this was necessary or communicated any reasoning for the damage. They also left mold behind, neglecting to properly address the flooring despite repeatedly saying, “We pull everything that was wet.” To make matters worse, they left a plastic bag over a moldy wall and didn’... read more

Horrible communication and told me they couldn’t give an estimate multiple times when I asked. Then later said they would’ve given an estimate if I had asked (which again I asked multiple times). Then later told me the pricing is a set list to leave equipment overnight but wouldn’t tell me that at the time I asked. They advised they would come back the following day to monitor and no showed. they were hired from our ins following water damage, they came quickly to remove the water damaged items but then took MONTHS to replace the work, which was only drywall on the ceiling in 2 rooms!!! construction workers took weeks to show up between getting things done, had to constantly contact the manager to get answers when the work would be completed! it took over 3 months to get the work done, yet I had to pay my $1000 deductible immediately because they wanted to collect! would NOT recommend their work!!

We had water come into our basement and called ServPro for restoration. They ripped out sheetrock, some rug padding, and the door leading into that area of the basement due to water damage. That is all they did. They did not do any repairs although we were led to believe that they would. When we asked them about doing the repairs, they said they don't do that work. In October 2022, my family and I called Servpro to look at my roof, which was damaged due to high winds and rain. Aside from the roof, my bedroom was growing mold from the leak. The day that Servpro decided to come to investigate the damage, they forgot; they arrived two days later. They had poor customer service and they never talk to you. If you ask questions would get rude answers. They came to my house I have dogs and they was put in a cage and the guy said put them dogs behind closed door or I will leave. Then they left a mess in the kitchen and the vent was not covered either. I just had to replace my AC unit because it had saw dust and dirt clogged it up. Servpro of Charlotte employs untrustworthy employees who removed 400+ items from our basement, only HALF WERE WET AND FROM THE FLOODED AREA, when they were to clean up after a pipe broke. We, my 70 year old husband and I, 71 recovering from total knee replacement only 3 months before July 11, 2021 the event date shop vaced up ALL of the water the night of July 11, BEFORE SERVPRO HAD EVEN STARTED WE WERE HAULING WATER IN BUCKETS UPSTAIRS UNTIL 3AM, WE PUT FANS ON, AND BOUGHT A 4TH DEHUMIDIFIER.. They are not worth the time I am still trying to get my items from a garage fire cleaned up. The owner of Servpro assured me in the beginning that they could have it all done in a few months. Wrong had to call to get stuff done A big dumpster sat in my driveway for months.. The job was a complete fubar from the onset. This fire happened in 2020 of Dec. I finally had to fire them he left the job undone.. Now I have someone doing it and then all Servpro got done was a new garage door and new opener and all the drywall removed ... read more
