Our basement was flooded in the recent historic rainfall and the ServPro office in East Providence was tremendous in response. They got back to us quickly, communicated with us effectively, worked with our insurance company, and were respectful and thorough when working in our home. It made a terrible experience easier to deal with. Thanks to Zack, Yohan and Tomas!
First Rate! We had a toilet tank crack in a second floor bathroom without the guest realizing, water poured out flooding the tiled bathroom floor and seeping into adjoining hardwood nearby. The ServoPro TMC group are the first people you should call when you have home damage. They are dependable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep you safe and get your home mitigated quickly. We had a team at our home within hours of the damage. They provided clear and sensible explanations of the scope of mitigation and work ahead. We are especially grateful for Brian Regan and David Weaver for helping us plan and estimate our restoration and help us restore our home to its original condition.
It was the unfortunate event of a burst pipe that brought the A team, James and Dominic, to our house. They were professional and quick to address the problem and brought solutions to begin the mitigation process. The level of knowledge and professionalism they brought helped me feel confident and assured. I would recommend them and Servpro to anyone in need!
I made an excellent choice in choosing Servpro. I chose them based on their reviews, and they truly merit the five stars. BRIAN was incredible; he took his time explaining everything to me from start to finish, updated me on every single step, and was exceptionally kind and so patient. He truly made my experience with servpro very easy and worry-free. I highly recommend them.
