I would recommend Servpro and Chris to all personal clients of mine when they experience a loss. When a family member of mine sustained serious water damages, Chris was quick to respond to my contact and it made the situation significantly better for all of us. Chris N and the team at Servpro were great after our small fire. it was not too small for Servpro. They arrived same day to immediately mitigate smoke damage but even more impressive was the large team of people who arrived the next day - they comprehensively cleaned the house and were very courteous and professional. I cannot say how impressed I was with the entire process. I highly recommend

Fantastic service, fantastic company. Specifically, Chris Nardone of ServPro is the most professional and client oriented manager I’ve ever worked with. He understands that the situations he and his team are called in for are not the best days for his clients and really makes sure they have exactly what they need and makes sure to be a stress absorber. In addition to his client focus, the job was also done with great precision, speed and professionalism. Overall great team and company.

My husband’s property had a roof leak, and Chris Nardone and the team at Servpro were amazing. They quickly responded by sending a team to install a temporary tarp on the roof and followed up with a thorough inspection and mitigation of the interior to prevent further damage. Their professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. I highly recommend Chris Nardone and Servpro for any restoration or mitigation needs!

Chris Nardone and his team at SERVPRO are top notch. A++ Chris was my first call when my tenants said there was a sewage backup in the basement at my property in Newport. Chris and his team responded extremely quickly, took care of the entire issue from start to finish, and made it look like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend calling Chris for any water, fire, or mold issues you may have. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and his [management] style during emergencies is unmatched!
