Lorenzo was extremely helpful throughout a very stressful process (emergency water mitigation, repairs, navigating insurance). A pipe in our apartment bathroom burst when noone was home and caused flooding and damage throughout our unit. He had a crew out immediately to help with water mitigation and throughout the week to check on the unit and the progress.
