Did work for my grandmother before and were always great!
Laneview Church had a bad water leak that flooded the atrium and seeped into the sanctuary. Servpro came in and cleaned up and replaced everything that needed replacing. They did a wonderful job and we would highly recommended them to anyone in need of this type of service.
The Stanleys, Mack and Pat, of Dyersburg, TN could not have asked for HELP from a better group of people!! Why did we call SERVPRO....I (Pat) had seen the outstanding work they did at the Dyer County Courthouse. And they took just the same amount of care of our flooded basement. Love these folks. dependable. honest. fair. and so reasonable. fast service scheduled whenever I call. it's amazing what the carpet looks like when they leave. follow up calls always made to make sure that I am satisfied. and even a thank you note, handwritten, is sent to me each time I use them. 😊 Really personal service. and I really like that.
We had a carpet completely soiled by pet stains and food, even glue thanks to homade slime. Servepro got out every single stain! Even the dried glue left by the slime!! the room looks brand new now. I couldn't be happier.
