Servpro of Durango did a great job and I was seriously impressed when they beat me to my house when I called just prior. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone because I was able to keep plans I had in place earlier with their expeditious service and appointments. I can't express how much I appreciate them and the awesome work and value they imparted.
ServPro responded same day to water release from broken toilet fill line. Upstairs floor, downstairs ceiling and floor all wet. They quickly installed heat pads and dehumidifiers as needed, and opened holes in the ceiling to facilitate drying. The equipment was checked frequently and they always showed up at the scheduled time. Quick response saved the hardwood floors. Ceiling will have to be repaired and painted.
I contacted servpro to do cleaning and it seemed to me that they have a very fast and effective action since everything was very clean, Jireh was in the place working with an excellent aptitude very friendly, thank you very much I recommend servpro excellent service
Troy, Alejandro, Gustavo and Alejandra were amazing! They were fast, professional and thorough. We had a small water leak and they had it taken care of and completely remediated within a week of the initial leak. Could not recommend ServPro more!
