After discovering that our kitchen had a leak that had caused damage, I called Servepro. Brian Goodman is the person I talked to when I called in. He was kind and helpful and put me in touch with someone who could come out and access the damage. This Servepro location does everything in house and is taking care of the whole process of removing old damaged flooring and kitchen cabinets, to painting and installing everything that needs to be replaced. It's been great working with Team Bisig ( Brian Goodman and Mike Aucoin). Responsive to communications and very accommodating to customer needs.
Had an amazing experience with ServPro and was greatly impressed by their crew. Santiago, Ceasar, and Dylan were amazing at explaining what was going on and worked exceptionally hard and quickly to clean up the mess from flooding while Simon and Kyle were on top of things removing the 13 fans, 3 dehumidifiers and air scrubbers days later. Great job guys! So appreciate your help and fast response!
