These people are not able to send a detailed invoice with the job that was actually performed instead of what was estimated. They will hold your personal items hostage until they get paid what they want instead of billing you for what was truly done. They are also not willing to bid for jobs without a guarantee of work, so as a customer you will not be able to compare options if you get an estimate from them. There are not enough adjectives that relate to the word dissatisfied in the thesaurus. They were hired to mitigate a small mold spot and remove wall paper and paint. They created a NIGHTMARE! We live in a high-rise and they did not use wet vac to sand. Needless to say the dust was not only prohibitive, but a health risk. Our building does not allow VOC paints. They used them after told many times. Looks like legal will need to be involved. Bottom line is if you live with any residents with any lung issues, they are a NIGHTMA... read more

Team Shaw handled our water damage and reconstruction with professionalism and care. Their communication was excellent—they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I felt supported the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing restoration work done right!
