We came home after a week out of town to a water leak caused by a leaky faucet. Sean Killingsworth of Servpro did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done, installed dehumidifiers, and his team came back and carefully removed all the flooring and baseboards, saving cabinet facia, drawers and doors. Now we have a dry clean concrete floor in the kitchen, no collateral damage to drywalls, and are ready for reconstruction. Would not use this company. I hired them after a house fire, 10 months later I finally moved back in. Their work and craftsmanship is equivalent to a high school wood shop class. I can provide pictures if requested. Been 2 years and having to redo all the work the Shaw team performed. Please do no use this company. You will regret it. I do.
