Tried to reach out for warranty services due to a crack in the flooring for over 8 months. Called again yesterday due to the crack now being a hole in the subfloor. They gave us the runaround as soon as they finished the project. It was like they only wanted to do work under what our Insurnace was paying and then once that was completed, they stopped carrying. Don’t use them. They had too many teammates resign or get terminated over the course of the year that we never had correct contact information.

I called in with a leak situation that required immediate review. Their technician Sean was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the moisture remediation process thoroughly.

While still painful, his team made the first step less stressful with their professionalism. T... read more
