I just had my 2nd condo flooding nightmare....and I'm super grateful to Sergio Hernandez and his team for saving my wood floors. They were very prompt when called,stayed late to do the setup, visited daily to monitor drying and did not give up until walls and floors were dry!!! Very pleasant and professional. Cannot thank them enough for their excellent work! Highly recommend!!!

I recently have had the experience of working with Salvadore who came all the way from Naples, FL with a crew to support Team Zubricki. I cannot say enough great things about Salvadore and his crew. He continues to go above and beyond to make sure I understand their next steps, he answers all of my questions with patience, he always calls/texts back in a timely manner, etc. He even made a point to be at my property when the insurance adjuster came so he could help guide them through the damages. They do it all. Water extraction, board up (the board up guy Cliff is awesome), carpet cleaning, mold, biohazard and so much more. Richard Franklin has been great to work with and their crew is always professional. We use them for our apartment complex for multiple services. Would highly recommend.

Team recovered for a prior few who dropped the ball , the servers came in , reevaluated the prior work done, fixed all the problems to perfection, went above and beyond In a very short time to get my mother's house back to normal. Great communication and friendly professional crew Sinoe Torres and his crew did an amazing recovery .
