Outstanding company and group of people to work with! I had a terrific previous experience with Servpro in 2018 at our home. So I called for them with our flooded 8 unit rental property. They dod everything expected of an emergency recovery company. And the Chicago supervisory team of Piola, Alex, and Donel( pulled in from North Carolina), handled the physical problems of the property magnificently and professionally. As well as their communication with me , and our tenants. I am so grateful. And highly recommend them.

This Servpro did an outstanding job. They were efficient, attentive, friendly, transparent, and acted with urgency. We were stressed when our house flooded, Servpro quickly showed up after calling, they were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They communicated extremely well with us in terms of the damage, best restoration options, and filing an insurance claim.
