When my father’s home experienced some mold issues, I spoke with Keith Cowan at SERVPRO Downtown Austin and he was incredibly helpful. He listened to my father and I the issue and offered sound advice on the next steps. While there was a lot of technical information on mold, he was able to explain in terms that made sense to us. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. Would definitely call him if I ever have a disaster.

When I received a call that one of my clients experienced a fire in their home due to lightening, I didn’t hesitate to call Mike to partner with me for mitigation. Even though he was out of state, he quickly coordinated for his partners Shane and Travis to meet me onsite the next day. They both were incredibly thorough, but more importantly together we were able to put our client’s mind at ease. Highly recommend using them!
