I must change my review. Servpro advised me that they could get the cigar smell out of a room in my newly purchased home. $7,000.00 later, the cigar smell is still here and they made no accommodations to my bill saying "they don't provide guarantees". Do yourself a favor, if your problem is smell related, don't call Servpro, it will just be a waste of money.
