My experience started off bad from the beginning. I had to pay over $400 just for them to come out and quote me $4500 to complete the work on the crawl space. Once I agreed I told them the money would be coming from an escrow account from me purchasing my first home. He then told me he wouldn’t do the work unless I paid half up front and that he’s never worked with an escrow account so he will have to talk to his billing department.
