RecommendedServpro was great with helping me after my basement flooded with water because of a storm. I had already cleaned up the water but was worried about getting mold. The manager, Steve Glogoza, came out and looked for mold, which he found, and any spaces where water could have come through. He gave me suggestions on how to handle some plumbing issues, recommendations on HVAC mechanics to fix my damaged furnace and told me where to seal my windows. These guys were so professional, and helpful, especially Chris. Chris took the time to help us deal with the insurance which was most appreciated. He was timely, which I appreciated wholeheartedly, since he had to come to the house 5 or 6 times during this experience, to check on progress,equipment etc. This was due to a complicated bathroom leak and has taken several companies to rectify it. Servpro was one of my favorites.
