ServPro of Southaven and Horn Lake has handled my mitigation with professionalism and personalized care that has exceeded my expectations. I am so appreciative of the communications and guidance from Catherine, John, and Jeff. Camden and Mike were not only polite and punctual, but also very respectful of my space. Great customer service my water heater burst causing a leak, John came right away..very pleasant and friendly. I did not have wait til the next day..they came within an hour. Great work and they deserve 5 stars and more.

Wonderful experience I couldn’t have ask for a better crew , well educated on what they were doing very respectful,Mike ,Camden ,Mike Kirk and Dillion these are wonderful guys I think the do a wonderful job i rate them 10 out of ten if I could give them a hundred I would this team keep up the good work.

We had a water damage that started in our upstairs bathroom, and worked its way through downstairs. Crews were on site promptly to deal with the restoration and immediately started planning for reconstruction as soon as the restoration was completed. I would highly recommend for all disaster and construction needs!
