We hired serve pro to mitigate our house after a house fire. They were going to come out within a few days and start the mitigation process. After 2 weeks and over a 100° temperatures with the water damage that was already in the house I had black mold and yellow mold amongst other things that were going on in the house. They came right away on a weekend when our basement flooded - they were quick, honest, and went above and beyond. Jessica and Joel were life savers, we couldnt have gotten through this without them. Thank you so much!!
I called Servpro to clean out my ducts in my house. They were nice while doing the work. Now every time when my furnace turns on, I have a vent that whistles. They did come out and fix one vent, but there is another one that they haven't fixed. Again when the furnace turns on, my kitchen floor bubbles up. I never had this problem until they cleaned out the ducts. They claim they had nothing to do with this.

From that point on everything went downhill. Servpro of Decatur is racist and practicing racist tactics. I went back to Servpro for the restoration process.
