Seems a little odd to me they say how good they are but want to be anonymous makes me wonder who wrote the rating sounds fishy to me people.

This is the second time I have used Servpro for water damage in my house and, just like last time, they are highly professional, reliable, and do an excellent job. At a time when I know there are people who have much more serious damage than I did, they still acted promptly and solved the problem with no permanent damage. And on their way out, they even dug my car out of the snow! Talk about service. I don't know what their standards are for hiring, but whatever they are, they need to maintain them. These guys are great!

I just had your team out to my home and then needed you in my office bldg as well. As busy as you team was during this winter freeze you still took great care of my personal home and my commercial property as well. I loved the fact that you were able to save me a ton of grief, aggravation and time in dealing directly with the insurance company for me. I hope I don't need you again but I have your number on speed dial just in case. Nice job from start to finish and keep up with the great work!

I'm a single mom with 2 young kids. Professionalism & trustworthiness are of the utmost concern for anyone coming in to work in my home. Right from my initial call I felt comfortable with Servpro of Bear/New Castle doing my water clean up. The office staff was kind and the production guys were reliable and really seemed to care about what was important to me. Kudos and way to go Servpro!

We were just serviced after a frozen pipe. You guys were GREAT! You were initially recommended by my my insurance company and they assured me you'd meet my expectations and you did even better than they said you would! Thanks so much- my kids loved the big green trucks and action hero commercials, lol!

I absolutely recommend Servpro N Sarasota! They come in and take care of what is needed. If you need any additional work, they set you up with the right people, & when they take all their equipment, they make sure things are spotless. They definitely keep to their motto..."like it never even happened."

Personally, after having a situation in my home and working with Servpro to the tune of nearly 10K, I would suggest that people get some different quotes. Don't panic about your situation and let them decide what will be done. Take a breath, you have time, do some research. The "quality" of how my home was cleaned wasn't very good and honestly, the odor of the smoke damage still slightly remains in the affected area. I used them because my insurance company recommended them for clean up after storm damage to my home. That went well but then I made the mistake of hiring them to do the repair work. To make a long story shorter, it's been 3 months now and they still have not finished a job that should not have taken no more than 4 or 5 days. And the work that they have completed thus far is absolutely of unacceptable quality. Do yourself a favor and don't hire these guys to do any sort of finish work.
