Joe came out to the house and was able to help us and set a plan right away! His crew came in and did a great job with the cleanup as well as keeping us informed as they did the cleanup. They took photopraphs and documented everything. Whenever I needed information or had questions Melissa in the office was very helpful and has great customer service skills. I hope we don't have to call them again, but if we have another problem we will call them 1st thing!

I used Servpro when I had water damage in my home from a leak in my roof. They were very professional, easy to work with and was considerate of my home and property. After the initial construction was completed, they painted the walls and ceiling that needed to be replaced and also the surrounding walls just to make it look complete. I would recommend Servpro of Cottage Grove to anyone if they had damage from fire and or water.
