Serve Pro is not pro at all. Their website talks a big game about being available and ready to help with many services. But my experience with them was not good. They couldn't get me scheduled quickly for a biohazard and sanitizing treatment consult. I waited a week, then took time off work to travel to the site to meet them. Before I got out to the site, I received a call saying they had to cancel since they were so busy.
