Serve Pro is not pro at all. Their website talks a big game about being available and ready to help with many services. But my experience with them was not good. They couldn't get me scheduled quickly for a biohazard and sanitizing treatment consult. I waited a week, then took time off work to travel to the site to meet them. Before I got out to the site, I received a call saying they had to cancel since they were so busy. I can't say enough about the ServePro crew that came to my home after a pretty bad water leak. They came out right away and assured this panicked homeowner it would all be OK. They took care of drying out the inside and very wet underside of the house. They arrived when they were scheduled, were very professional, cleaned everything up before they left every day. I would highly recommend this crew (Stephanie, Doug, Nick, Matt) to anyone who has water/flood damage.
