Dave was very thorough, worked steadily, dealt with unanticipated problems, cleaned up great.
An unfortunate circumstance of flooding in our home after business hours, led us to SERVPRO of Columbia North. The crew was to our home in no time working till 1am to mitigate the damages. They returned the next morning, ready to work. They cleaned and cleared out anything that was damaged. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. Dallas did a fantastic job cleaning our fans. We could never do that ourselves. He’s knowledgeable about fans! We would definitely recommend him to family and friends.Also he was kind and courteous and my dog loved him.
Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. Grossly overpriced. We experienced a water issue where a portion of our home was flooded. Servpro started with the fans which did nothing. All the fans did was to spread the water damage. When their crew came to remove the flooring the water was still present. This initial crew tore the flooring out and drilled holes into my cabinets even though there was no water under them. They could not remove the island because the first crew didn’t do plumbing.
