My condo was completely flooded and i was a mess. Then serv pro arrived! Reggie Key took charge and my relief was evident! He is a boss! They immediately started getting the water removed! They set up fans right after so no mold could form! It was 90 degrees in here and they worked tirelessly to get everything done despite the heat! Uncovered water damage & mold. Bobby came out within 24 hours to check everything out and had a plan of attack. He uses great contractors, very knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house.
