Having a pipe burst was definitely not in my plans and working with an insurance company can be very frustrating. Serve Pro Cerritos is amazing especially Josh one of the field advisor came out to visit me amazing attitude, great personality was very willing to help in our time of stress !!! We had a water claim toilet flex broke no one home for hours and water everywhere Josh came out to assess in no time he had a full crew ready to handle the situation started by extracting the water, lined us up with a great plumber, who did a quick repair!!Josh helped us through the insurance process .
