My condominium bathroom had significant water leak coming from the above unit. ServPro guys did a great job restoring the bathroom ceiling and walls. Initially, there were a few minor things that did not meet my satifaction. When Rene Azenon, the project manager found out the issues, he listened to me carefully and worked hard to correct the problems to my heart's content. ServPro Cerritos is lucky to have him.
The shower in the unit above ours leaked into our ceiling and walls and caused major damage to the drywall. ServPro did a fantastic job with the remediation and removal of the old wall. The were friendly, thorough and kept the mess maintained. The construction team that made the repairs was just as thorough and efficient and did a fantastic job. Looks brand new! Highly recommend this team from start to finish.
Highly satisfied with the job that Rene A. and his team performed on a variety of home projects. They fixed two smashed bedroom doors, followed by the replacement of a shattered sliding glass door and unit. Rene's men then fixed damaged chimney titles and installed a new family room carpet. We were always informed of the work to be done, shown samples of style and color for our approval, and given the approximate times of completion. ServPro went above and beyond in repairing the water damage to the ceiling and wall in our condominium unit. Renee Azenon, the project manager, did a great job assessing the damage and assigning a repair team that was so good you could not tell there had ever been any damage. In addition, Jeremy Cruz, our primary contact at ServPro kept us updated on the logistics and timeline for getting our repair and restoration work done. If you have water damage I highly recommend ServPro.
Rene is awesome! He really goes above and beyond.
