I give these guys an girl a 5 stars because of the service Mike an little-bitty girl come in did a great job Cleaning my vents out but only give Mike a 1star for being a auburn fan an give the young lady a 5 stars for being a Alabama fan but very sweet a did what they come to do an every thing they said tgey do but can yall gave him some better wheels
After an upstairs water heater line broke & caused lots of damage downstairs, The ServePro team was very responsive and fast to help resolve my concerns. Everyone from the Centerville team was excellent, from initial contact, Jessie, to team leader, Blake, and his great support staff, Michael and TJ. During every step in the process, they explained their procedures, how the various pieces of equipment worked and what I should expect during their mitigation of my water concerns.
Micheal lutz, parker, mike, and Christian have been great they help answer any question you may have and they are good at what they do
The whole team was very fast and professional. They kept the job site organized and clean. Answered any and all questions I had.
