Garrett took great care of my husband, kitty, and me! He was very calming and reassuring about my concerns about germs after our bathroom flooding. Garrett was professional and explained each step of the cleanup process. We highly recommend Garrett and ServPro!

The pricing was very fair and reasonable. The final cost was the exact same at the initial estimate. Most important, the work was performed meticulously, with great professionalism and attention to detail. The work crews themselves were polite, friendly, and extremely courteous. A (surprisingly) pleasant/great experience overall.

They didn’t take responsibility at all. After carpet shaming still peddling is wet. We have to change peddling.
