Kelvin and Rajesh Raj came first and after inspection, explained process. I approved his initial Plan and he and Kevin returned at time advised and set up fans and dehumidifier. They will return tomorrow to check progress. Both Raj and Kevin very professional and answered ALL my questions. Bobbie Erickson
They will look you square in the eye and tell you they feel bad for you and your situation while also promising to make things right. But then overcharge to the nth degree. They are good at what they but unfortunately that also includes feigning empathy and overcharging.
