Servpro sent their technicians the same day I called to check a potential mold issue. They inspected & took pictures & found a small leak & thankfully no mold issues! The inspection team did an excellent assessment of other potential issues & the remedy for us to correct them. I highly recommend Servpro! They have the experience & knowledge to find & correct the problem quickly & professionally. Servpro exceeded my expectations!

Scott just came out, same day, to my house where I had a toilet leak. The floor looked questionable to me, so I wanted a more experienced person's opinion. Scott checked the floor with his meter and gave me his perspective and reasons why he felt that way. I very much appreciate the knowledge he shared! I plan to throw a new wax seal down as he mentioned and get that bathroom back to working order this weekend with new confidence. Thanks Scott, you and your business are one of a kind!

I highly recommend ServPro. After a busted pipe and some water damage, Scott came out to ensure that we had thoroughly dried out our bathroom floor & then applied an antimicrobial spray to keep mold from growing. He showed up right as scheduled and was very professional while performing his service. If I ever experience a water issue again, I would immediately call ServPro in Central Auglaize/Hardin/ Logan Counties.
