I had a kitchen fire. My insurence co called Serv pro. they were very quick to assess the damage and send a crew out to clean the smoke damage Steph, Dale, were the main two here and did an excellent effient job cleaning all the smoke damage. they also had Shane and Matts help. I would highly recommend Servpro of Cass and St Joseph county, especially the crew that was here.

A hot water pipe behind a basement tub and in a wall disconnected. Concerned about the water under the tub and in the wall, I called Servpro. They were able to places fans and a dehumidifier in the area to dry the carpet and make sure the site was dry. They were prompt, professional, always in contact and we are dry! Thank you Servpro!

Having water damage in your home is never good, but the people of Servpro made it stress free for us. My adjuster contacted them directly, and within an hour, they had me on the phone scheduling their arrival. They worked late the first night, and kept in constant contact with me on what they were doing and why for the next 2 days while I was at work. Extremely professional and courteous. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!
