SERVPRO of Casper is truly a franchise that was built on family. We are a small company with less than 20 employees, but every single member of our team is considered a part of our family. Over 30 years ago Jerry and Gale started SERVPRO of Casper, operating the business out of their home. They would have morning safety meetings in their dining room and kept all equipment and cleaning products in their basement. These guys are good! They've taken care of us a few times over the years with carpet cleaning and their work is outstanding. The crews they've sent have been respectful of our home and they've taken care of ALL of the details. If I ever have a problem with water or fire, I know who I'm calling and it's not Ghost Busters. Thanks Servpro of Casper - you're the best!
They don't pay their employees what they deserve. 15 day pay periods instead of 14, that way their employees are screwed out of their overtime pay. Locally owned? Yes but to very greedy owners!
