Our campgrounds had a unexpected disaster when our caretakers moved out unannounced. It looked as though they never cleanedthe house for the year they lived there. To make it worse they smoked in the house not just cigarettes but other drugs. I cleaned with the solutions at hand, it was better but the smell just would not leave! Servpro of Carthage Missouri split the work on my house with Servpro of Fort Lauderdale. Both Servpro were here in Indiana after the storms we had and the flooding that took place. I was very pleased with the efficiency of their work and the way they represented themself and their company. I would definitely use their service again.

Serv Pro of Joplin & Carthage did a great job for us. They responded late at night to our house for a bad water leak that involved multiple rooms upstairs and down into our basement. All of the crew that helped us out for the week was very courteous and professional. They did a great job communicating and helping work thru the process. Thank you to Bryan, Tyler, Avery, Austin, Bryce, David, Tye and the rest of the Serv Pro team.
