I was significantly overbilled by SERVpro of buffalo grove/carol stream and whatever other organizations they run. When I disputed the charge, the response became aggressive and escalated quickly, including threats of legal action and additional fees in the thousands. I provided picture evidence supporting my case, but it was not meaningfully addressed and they just escalated their aggression. The best customer service very professional
Our Servpro team did a great job on the mitigation process in our daughters home. I don't normally do reviews but I believe this crew needs to be recognised. Dimitry Leontiiv and Wilder Perez wasted no time to access and engage on the process.They were very respectful and took the time to explain the process. We really appreciated the hard work and dedication to the job at hand.
Our exspearience with the cleanup crew was outstanding! Bothe Quan and Gustavo were dedicated to a complete cleaning up and removing all that was damaged. They worked hard never stopping to get our job done. Never complained on the mess! Always asking us what and how we wanted done. A GREAT EXSPEARIENCE for Us. The Co. Is BLESSED TO HAVE THESE EMPLOYEES. WE LOVED AND RESPECT BOTHE THESE WORKER'S. NEVER DISAPPOINTED!
Our first call was Stanley Steemer. That ended up being a big mistake. 2 weeks after they claimed everything was dry the smell remained. We called ServPro and they discovered several areas that were still wet and found black mold. Our tech, Nick, talked us thru the entire process, was here daily to check readings and was very respectful of our home and our loss. Every firm needs a "Nick". He was absolutely the best.
