Avoid this company. Don’t believe they are a “mitigation and restoration“ company. They are not. I was misled from start to finish. Their estimator told me they would pull up my flood damaged carpet, dry, clean and put everything back. No, switch and bait. After drying and failing to properly clean it (see photo), I was told that “restoration“ would be a separately costed project. I now have to replace my carpet at my own expense. After storm damage, a new roof was needed, and at the advice of others, Servpro of Carbondale/Marion was contacted. We didn't even know Servpro of Carbondale/Marion did roofing jobs. As of last night we have a new beautiful roof on our home again. This was done quickly and professionally by all involved, but the entire project was managed by Troy, who truly went above and beyond. Had 4 inches water throughout our finished basement . We had a tremendous rainstorm and electricity was off It was a terrible morning at our home till I quickly made decision to call ServPro to help us recover.
