Unfortunate situation with a Water Heater failure in our Condo Building on the 3rd floor The water from the 3rd floor water heater landed in my first floor condo. Servpro was on site within 3 hours Crew Foreman Chris Reed was amazing. He set the expectations and the process started. Carpet removed and fans put in place.
