At minimum, require lien release documentation before giving them a final payment in order to make sure they don't continue to take advantage of other local business owners.
The workers are always in a rush. The owners are always looking for a way to cut corners and maximize there profit. They’re very lazy and unorganized. Very unprofessional.
Servpro at first was there to help. After a while, they kept saying they would come over to discuss the next step and never showed up. We ended up having to hire a more qualified company.
ServPro came out to my property within 24 hours after calling for Ductwork Cleaning - DUCTWORK!! Not even an emergency but they were on it! Crew arrived early, very professional, and best part - it worked! No more mildew smell from my old 1932 home!! Would highly recommend ServPro Cannon Valley for all your needs!!
They came and took care of my water damaged flooring, however, its been two months and I've yet to get an invoice. Insurance won't pay out without an invoice and I can't replace my flooring. Edit: the work they did was good but it took too long to get the invoice.
