SERVPRO of Calvert is the best service we have had in a long time! Tim went well above and beyond usual service in cleaning our carpet in three bedrooms and a hall. We had previously had the same carpet cleaned by another cleaner in Calvert who had left stains untreated and our carpet had stayed very wet for over three days. Disaster struck when our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. I called Servpro after hours as our basement was taking on a large amount of water. Todd was very helpful and very responsive. He came out in the middle of the night to suction water out and get the ball rolling on the clean up. They came the next day to rip out the flooring and vent the basement.
