Edgar and his team were amazing through the whole process. I had a variety of services provided by the team including a basement clean out and mold and asbsetos remediation. They were able to work around my limited schedule as I'm not in the city, and respond as needed to addtional requests for services. The quality of the work was great and I would totally recommend them. Edgar deserves a special thanks as he was always available to answer questons, update me on the work and repsond to the changes needed. Thanks!
Did not provide quote or explain costs beforehand. Very opaque. Had to proactively reach out to gather information from them and understand decisions, timing and next steps. Had I not done this costs would have been higher. Will never use them again. This is a low skill industry with specialized equipment deployed during periods of client stress. Strongly recommend researching self serve alternatives such as home depot tool rental. At a minimum get multiple quotes.
Servpro was amazing to deal with. They were professional, courteous and prompt in their response. They had excellent workmanship and helped us at every step of our renovation after our kitchen and basement flooded. We appreciate everything!
They did a great job on remediating a wall of our basement that had a moisture issue. We appreciated their quick response as we were putting our house up for sale.
I live in a 5 unit townhouse constructed in 1980.All the homes are in excellent condition.I received a notice from Enmax that I had a very significant water leak but there was no fugitive water in sight.ServPro was contracted to find the leak and cap it.The solution required work in 3 separately owned Unit's and finding a new route for a replacement water feeder line and installation thereof.The leak was capped within 3 week's when the replacement feeder line was operational.ServePro managed the project in a professional man... read more
