Similar to another post on here regarding the project manager Ray, I been trying to get a hold of him regarding a repair for weeks in terms of call, text and email. The incident happened in end of July and now it’s been 2 months later, still don’t know anything update/progress of this repair.
I never leave bad reviews but they take your money and dont show up to finish the rest of the work. Ive called many times for them to come finish the work they started and they say they'll call back and never do. Use a diffrent company and save your troubles

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Ray Okolo of Pro Serve has been an absolute nightmare. It took three full weeks just to get a simple quote. Nothing moves forward unless you chase him — and even then, good luck getting any response. He ignores texts and emails, so you’ll spend more time trying to track him down than actually getting work done. Management isn’t any better.
