On November 26th Justin came to bid a job on my late wife’s home in Middlebury promised an estimate within 48 hours, as of today Monday, December 16th I have heard nothing despite three emails and three voice mails. A professionally operated company would at the very least reply that the job was beyond there scope or that they couldn’t schedule the job in a timely manner. There customer service clearly isn’t

I pray you never have need of their services, but if you do, I HIGHLY recommend Servpro of Burlington-Middlebury. From Day 1Pre to Day 7 Post, they have been cordial, professional, and extremely helpful. Office people provide excellent customer service, and field people, from supervisor to crews, are hardworking and cheerful (How do they do it?).

I can not say thank you enough for the amazing job done in our apartment. your team saved the day being able to come in and do our carpets. it smells amazing in our apartment now. I highly recommend using servpro! they have great customer service and are very reliable!

The Servpro saved the day when I had a sewer backup in my basement. They were courteous and professional and did an amazing job. They saw a minor leak in my water line and put me in touch with plumbers right away so it didn't turn into another shit show. Thanks guys!!!
