I have waited almost two weeks for my estimate and have still not received it. I would not recommend working with this company. They come in, everything is very professional but the follow up is just not there.

My family and I were very pleased with ServPro’s work on our house. We had significant water damage that required a remodel of our entire upstairs and our downstairs bathroom. ServPro was efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend ServPro Buffalo Grove to anyone!

A sump pump recently failed in my home. Two inches of water filled the basement. Hector and his team from Servpro did an excellent job in removing the water, cleaning and drying out the space , wrapping the contents and many other services. Hector and his team were informative, on time and helpful. All other spaces were cleaned . With their help, they made a difficult situation a bit easier. I would highly recommend using them if the situation arises.

They are truly the best! After a water damage in my office they were able to fix all with such a n efficiency. Jhonny is very responsive and no words to describe how amazing Brad and AJ were. They managed to stay longer and come in the weekend to reduce my downtime. Thank you guys!
