The lower level of our home started flooding on a Sunday. Standing and running water in crawlspace and all rooms. On Monday, The Servoro team arrived and immediately started ti remove the damaged carpeting, drywall, whatever was damaged. Next, they positioned fans and dehumidifiers throughout. They checked-in throughout the week until everything tested dry. All damaged materials were removed and the rooms vacuumed. Great Company with Excellent customer service. Kurt was amazing when my ejector pump backed up. He took care of everything. Will definitely recommend!!!
My mother’s pipes bursted right before the holidays. It was a disaster. Kurt Vanselow and his crew came in and took care of her and her disaster. He did a great job of communicating step by step and made sure that the job was done correctly and that she was being treated fairly by the insurance company. Usually in a situation where I would micro manage for her, I felt more than comfortable and trusted Kurt completely. I would recommend him and his team to anyone and use him again in a heartbeat.
