Worse experience of my life. Did not even finish removing all the water damage. Damaged more than what was damaged to beginning with. Did not repair anything afterwards left me sitting with the mess. Could have done the demo myself, I hired them because I didnt want to do the remodel. Took all the Insurance money and left me to put the house together again. Will never here another contractor.

A fire in our garage caused major damage and Justine led the final project phase of reconstruction and repairs. Justine provided excellent service and worked closely with our insurance company for us. She always responded immediately to our questions, kept us informed on a daily basis, followed up after completion of each step, listened to our concerns, and worked diligently to move our repairs and reconstruction forward as quickly as possible. These guys did work on our office space after a flood. We were quoted two weeks. It took over two months. They got heavy furniture and equipment pressed up against the wall, and nothing was returned back to the original spot as promised.

We had a tree limb fall on our roof. We contacted ServPro to clean-up the inside and exterior. The inside crew was very good and took care of the water damage. Although the crew that tarped the roof was negligent. One of the tarps they used to cover the roof was littered with holes. One of the roofers we had to do an estimate said it looked like "starry night" through the tarp. We have pictures to prove it.
