These guys did work on our office space after a flood. We were quoted two weeks. It took over two months. They got heavy furniture and equipment pressed up against the wall, and nothing was returned back to the original spot as promised.

We had a tree limb fall on our roof. We contacted ServPro to clean-up the inside and exterior. The inside crew was very good and took care of the water damage. Although the crew that tarped the roof was negligent. One of the tarps they used to cover the roof was littered with holes. One of the roofers we had to do an estimate said it looked like "starry night" through the tarp. We have pictures to prove it. The carpet that we got done was black and it kind of stunk. Servpro was there the day after we called and when they were all done it looked like they put new carpet in. It smelt amazing and besides for a few permanent, small stains, the carpet was white.
