Do not have servpro do any work for you. They lead you to believe they care about fixing your home after a loss but they do not. All they care about is your money. Our pipes burst in March and it over eight months to complete. After they take advantage and do what they want to your home without asking they blame you. Then they tell you they are sorry they could not meet your expectations. They overcharge and provide inferior work. The staff was incompetent, overcharged and provided inferior workmanship. I had the worst exprience with this company !! Having a fire is bad enough I truested this company to have my back. They told me they would take care of everything not knowning how to even begin I truested them to make sure everything was taking care. Because they didn't do my inventory correct a lot of my stuff was not replaced by my insurance . They took my belonging to wash them some of it never return!! My clothes were ruin!!! Had to throw them out and of course they weren't replace!! I lost a lot because of this company... read more
