The service starts well 10/30/19, however, we have several concerns, at first they told us that our stairs to our door should not be removed because they could clean them, however, they dropped a heavy equipment and ended up telling us that they would have to be replaced , in charge of insurance. They took many of our belongings and, when we needed to make an inventory, they sent us repeated images of the same thing over and over again, but more things were removed than they showed in the images.
