Our experience with this company was horrible. The crew came to do the job but nothing of significance was accomplished. Our basement had a sewage leak. The assessment and clean up was below standard. we had to bring in a different company to complete the job.

I had a great experience with ServPro even though the reason that they came out was not great for me. (I had a water supply line break which soaked carpeting in several rooms.) The ServPro team was prompt and professional. They had the right equipment to determine how far the water damage extended and to determine when the drying process was complete. They knew exactly what needed to be done from the removal of damaged carpet to collecting carpet/padding samples for the insurance company to assess the replacement costs. I wa... read more
