Rory and Mike went above and beyond! They helped us navigate a very unfortunate situation that is every renters nightmare, and did it with ease. They were genuine, kind, and professional! Greg Whiting was wonderful! He was so honest and helpful. We live in Idaho and have a rental property in Bountiful so we have to trust people. The first company that came out quoted a minimum of $1500.00. We decided to call Servpro and get a second opinion and Greg was so honest and told us that there was no damage and actually fixed a small minor issue and didn’t even charge us. I will definitely be calling Greg for any future problems.
