I choose Servpro because my rep Tom Szafran Is absolutely amazing. I had my first major mold unit being a property manager, and Tom made time in his schedule to come see me ASAP. He was extremely thorough with explaining the precautions to take when dealing with mold, and made me and my resident so much more at ease through the process. I am so grateful my insurance company suggested using servepro. Their rep Tracey Skeen has been amazing to work with and explained and reexplained the process with me multiple times. He even came to my office to get some more information and paperwork signed. It helps to know my insurance trusts them so I can too. They tore my bathroom apart and put fans all over my basement for a week, ghosted me for 6 weeks then send me a $5000 bill. My house has been destroyed and they won't come and finish but they want a full payment
