We made initial contact a month ago. Rep went to our house promptly. Never returned my calls or texts.
I used Servpro of Boone for smoke odor removal. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was extremely helpful. If I had any questions Leah was quick to answer. The crew that serviced my home went above and beyond to again answer all my questions regarding the process. They were professional, polite and courteous. I am very pleased with the results.
