Has a very strong mildew smell, was concerned about my crawl space,they very thoroughly checked it out,explained why. Gave me the name of a company to close my crawl space from the basement and didn't charge me!! Very professional and very nice. I would recommend Mike and his helper,sorry I didn't remember his name, to anyone! Thank you so much SERVPRO!
I would give more stars if it were possible! Chad Brooks & Chad Mason have been nothing but amazing through this process. They’re both easy to talk to & have explained everything to us as far as what’s going on & what the next steps should be. They’ve answered all our questions & have been very considerate with us having a baby in the home. We cannot thank them enough!
