Poor communication from project manager, Chris. Requested updates and costs prior to work done and he failed to communicate. Questionable ethics and business practices. Project manager met with insurance adjuster without permission by owner. Project manager said he’d offer a discount to home owner but charge insurance company higher price for the job if insurance went through. No response has been received by ServPro after I completed a customer survey.
Work was well done but be careful of invoicing accuracy. I was invoiced for asbestos abatement yet my place tested negative for asbestos and no abatement was done. A simple mistake or intentional?
