Scammers. They hire the cheapest contractors that do a HORRIBLE job and refuse to take accountability. The project manager is Melissa, who is condescending and blames the customer for things wrong even while not living in the home and being displaced from a house fire. I had a tree limb fall on my house during a storm and I was able to get Servpro to come remove the limb and temp tarp the roof. The service was quick and professional but then the bill came. They charged $9900 for their service. I would never have made the call if I known they were going to take advantage of someone in need. Safe to say I will never recommend Servpro to anyone ever!
