Let’s be honest - nobody wants to have to see these guys lol. It was no pleasure of mine to meet them under the circumstances we met. I would like to give a huge shout out to Adam Cowan and his crew in the Big Rapids office for coming to my flooded crawlspace on 1/19/26 in the week of negative weather and Snow storms the crew showed up ready to work with all their equipment, that first night took them 7 hours to get all the water out and fine what the problem was and get their dryers/ blows going to immediately start drying the area. Adam and Caleb and crew were a lifesaver .. Great job when my garage and basement flooded on a super cold winter evening .. They worked tirelessly to dry up and take care of mitigation Thank you all .. would definitely recommend
