I hired Serve Pro of Big Rapids this month to tackle some stubborn stains on carpet and furniture. They were right on task to provide a quote, answer questions, get it scheduled, and perform the service. They even took my area rugs back to their shop to clean so there wouldn't be any risk of damp rugs sitting on my laminate flooring. They did a professional job and I am very happy with their service.

By far one of the best companies, with an amazing crew! Very professional! Very organized. Very detailed. Not only did they care about our personal belongings, they cared about our emotions and made sure we were okay with processing the loss of our belongings. I am so happy I went with servpro BR / Fremont. They were on the ball with calling me back, sending an inspctor, getting me a quote, and doing the repairs. They had the job completed in the same time it took other companies to get me a quote. I am very pleased with all of the workers involved in the process. I was debating on doing DIY mold removal in the attic. After seeing the quality job and the amount of work that went in to remediation I am so glad I didn't do it myself. I would like to give a huge shout out to our project manager, Joel. He honestly went above and beyond with communicating every single step for our water damages. What is still a very overwhelming situation, he talked to us every step of the way, and did not make us feel stupid or silly for asking questions that would probably be normal every day questions for him, but new situations for us. I have had two interactions with Servpro in two different states and I have nothing but good things to say about Servpro. Most recently I had a young man named Joel Rose come to my house for an inspection and estimate, he was very professional and did a great job. I will be using them to remedy my issue.
